TransportTo measure the DC-(magneto)resistivity and Hall-effect we use a commercial cryomagnet (Teslatron, Oxford Instruments) which allows for magnetic fields up to 16 Tesla and a temperature range from 425K to 1.3K.

Different types of instruments for a large resistance range (μΩ to GΩ) are available:


We employ a four-point (bar type) method whenever possible (depending on the sample size) and for high-resistivity samples a constant voltage two-point technique.
