Technical Information

Talks by invited speakers

Speakers are welcome to give their talks using their
own laptop computers, for which an overhead video
projector will be available (capable of 1024x768 pixels
and using a standard VGA video cable).
Alternatively you may bring a CD-ROM or USB stick with a
PowerPoint or PDF file and use the computer provided by
us (which will be running Windows XP).
In
either case please contact us at least 15 minutes before
the beginning of your session to make sure that your
presentation will run smoothly. Of course a
standard overhead projector for transparencies will also
be available.

The time for each talk is 25 min. + 10 min. discussion.
Posters by participants from the University of Augsburg
E-Mail

Basic WWW and E-Mail service for participants will be
made available at the conference desk. We also hope
to be able to provide you with wireless access.
(Please be advised that the bandwidth to the outside
world will only be on the order of 56 kbit/s in any
case.)
