The laws of the microcosmos differ from those of our every-day world. We will take a look at some of the surprising consequences of the fact that physical objects can behave both as particle and wave. The discussion of entangled states will show how Einstein’s claim that God does not throw dice can be tested experimentally. Finally we will take a look at the beginning of the universe.
